𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 - This is the common skill every HR is searching. Why not change it to "𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘰𝘹𝘪𝘤?" in a work place where toxicity is normalised.

After our work, the day did not end the moment you sign out. Your bad day in work is carried to your home that could even lost your dinner appetite, go directly to your room , prefer not to talk, and people in the house will then guess that again maybe you have a bad working day. Your bad working day experience keeps running in your mind thinking where you went wrong. It came back to your mind over and over again.

What is Toxic Workplace? According to Palki Upadhyay, it is an unfriendly workplace where employees work against one another, where people gossip, playing blame game, pull each other down, and steal credit for another person's work.

A workplace is toxic when employees focused on impressing the boss, and when there is groupism, favoritism and nepotism. It is toxic when stress is glorified, working through weekend is normalised, spending extra hours is just a 'thank you', where an employee is given no credit for work but mistakes are called out loud.

A workplace is toxic if a boss has short fuse. He insults, consider you as good for nothing, and sometimes questions your education and worth. Is it like a place you may know? or a place you are currently working in?

We exercise, eat healthy food so that our body be freed from toxic chemicals. We put plants in our home to have fresh air. Why haven't we flushed out toxicity from workplaces too? Like toxic chemicals, toxic work place can also kill us. It can lead to heart attacks, high blood pressure and many more.

Why we allow toxic workplace? Why haven't HRs done more to ensure employees are well treated and respected irrespective of his work and position?
